Just tremendous! <BR/><BR/>In the last 18 months, we've invested a lot of time evolving our corporate culture to a more user experience model (employees and customers). We even have ::you:: meetings with each employee to share what "you" would do differently. <BR/><BR/>But we realize we have only scratched the surface of what we could do and so we are looking for more ideas and ways of thinking. Your observations are simple and brilliant. Especially the comparison to cows and farming and the reference to "mental models". <BR/><BR/>I am seriously intrigued and will read more.
